The manure drying machine is composed of: stainless steel filter mesh, stainless steel screw auger, and stainless steel screw blade.
Working principle,
The pump transfer the chicken manure water to the manure drying machine. The chicken manure water is pushed to the front of the body by the extrusion auger. The screen is squeezed out under the action of the belt pressure filter and flows out of the drain.
The work of the chicken manure processor is continuous, and the chicken manure water is continuously raised to the processor body. The pressure at the front edge is constantly increasing. When pressure is high enough, the discharge port is opened and extruded.
If too much manure is drawn into the machine, it will also be discharged into the original septic tank via the discharge pipe and it will also play a role in stirring. The waste water separated by screw squeezing and filtering can be directly sent to the waste water tank.
